Finding Us
We're at 145 Palisade St, Suite 322 — the large white historic building along the Hudson River, with plenty of on-site parking included. The building has several entrances and can feel big on a first visit: follow the signs and the directory on each floor up to the third floor, then walk straight in — no buzzer, no keypad. Megan will greet you at the front desk, and if she's stepped away there's a self-check-in kiosk and your therapist will come get you.
From Metro-North: the office is a seven-minute walk from the Dobbs Ferry station on the Hudson Line.
From I-87 / Saw Mill River Parkway: Ashford Avenue exit, then follow Route 9 north into the village.
Booking
New patients are welcome. We're usually able to schedule an evaluation within a week of your first call. Most evaluations are 60 minutes, and your therapist is a doctoral-trained pelvic floor specialist at a practice led by a PRPC-certified owner. We accept Medicare, HSA, and FSA, and submit claims to your out-of-network insurance on your behalf.
