Pelvic Floor PT for Irvington
Irvington sits one village north of Dobbs Ferry, so specialized pelvic floor care is a short drive south down Broadway — no bridge, no parkway, no trip into the city. At Foundations Physical Therapy, Irvington patients get one-on-one, 60-minute sessions at a practice founded and led by a PRPC-certified owner.
Pelvic Floor PT for the Irvington Community
Irvington carries more history than most villages its size — it takes its name from Washington Irving, whose Sunnyside estate still stands along the river here, and its Main Street shops and riverfront Matthiessen Park give the village a real center of gravity. We're the specialized pelvic floor practice one village south, in Dobbs Ferry.
Our Irvington patients cover the full range of pelvic health — birth prep and postpartum recovery, the perimenopausal and menopausal transition, male pelvic pain and post-prostatectomy recovery, and return-to-running rehab. The Old Croton Aqueduct trail runs through the village and draws a serious running crowd, and helping runners get back to pain-free, leak-free miles is squarely the kind of work we do.
