Pelvic Floor PT for Tarrytown
Foundations Physical Therapy is the pelvic floor specialty clinic for Tarrytown and Sleepy Hollow, based a short drive south down Broadway in Dobbs Ferry. Founded and led by a certified pelvic health specialist, the practice is built around one-on-one, 60-minute sessions — so both villages finally have that focused care close to home.
Pelvic Floor PT for the Tarrytown Community
Tarrytown is the busiest and most commercial of the local river villages, with a walkable Main Street, the riverfront RiverWalk, and a major Metro-North station where the Governor Mario M. Cuomo Bridge funnels in traffic from across the river. Together with neighboring Sleepy Hollow, it makes for a lively, family-heavy community, and we treat that full range: pregnancy and postpartum, perimenopause and menopause, men dealing with chronic pelvic pain or post-prostate recovery, athletes returning from injury, and people who have lived with pelvic concerns for years before seeking specialized help.
What Tarrytown and Sleepy Hollow patients tell us again and again is that they had tried physical therapy somewhere else and it didn't move the needle. The difference here is that the care is genuinely pelvic-floor specialized, every visit runs a full 60 minutes, and your therapist is focused on you alone rather than juggling several patients at once.

Getting to Our Office
From Tarrytown or Sleepy Hollow, the office is about a 15-minute drive south. Follow Route 9 (Broadway) south out of the village, through Irvington and Ardsley-on-Hudson, and you'll reach 145 Palisade Street, Suite 322 in Dobbs Ferry, with free parking in the building's lot and accessible parking spots available. Patients crossing the Governor Mario M. Cuomo Bridge from Rockland County can pick up Broadway right in Tarrytown and follow the same route down.
On Metro-North, Tarrytown is one of the Hudson Line's larger stations; our office sits three stops south at the smaller Dobbs Ferry station, roughly a five-minute walk from the platform to our building.
