Pelvic Floor PT for Yonkers

Foundations Physical Therapy puts a specialized pelvic floor clinic within easy reach of Yonkers — just up the Hudson Line in Dobbs Ferry, about 15 minutes north, with no trek into Manhattan required. Every appointment is a one-on-one, 60-minute session with a depth of focus that general PT clinics rarely match.

Pelvic Floor PT for the Yonkers Community

Yonkers is the largest city in Westchester County, and our patients come from across it — from the riverfront neighborhoods of northwest Yonkers, closest to us and nearest the Greystone and Glenwood train stations, to communities throughout the rest of the city, and from northern parts of the Bronx and Riverdale. That breadth means we treat a correspondingly wide mix of pelvic floor needs: new moms and postpartum patients, women navigating perimenopause and menopause, men with chronic pelvic pain or recovering after prostate surgery, active adults and athletes, and people who have quietly managed symptoms for years.

For a lot of Yonkers residents, the realistic alternatives have been a 40-minute-plus haul into Manhattan (plus the parking) or a nearby generalist who doesn't specialize in pelvic floor rehab. We're a much shorter hop — about 15 minutes north along the Hudson — and, conveniently, on the same Metro-North line.

Getting to Our Office

From most Yonkers neighborhoods, the office is roughly a 15-minute drive north along the river. Broadway and Route 9 run north through Hastings-on-Hudson and into Dobbs Ferry, where we're at 145 Palisade Street, Suite 322, with free lot parking and accessible parking spots.

Because Yonkers shares the Hudson Line with us, the train is an easy option too: from the Greystone or Glenwood stations it's only a few stops north to Dobbs Ferry, and the office is about a five-minute walk along the waterfront.

Booking

We can usually fit new patients in within a week, and a free 15-minute phone or video consult is available if you'd like to talk before committing to a visit. Each evaluation lasts a full 60 minutes, one-on-one with a doctoral-trained pelvic floor specialist — never shared or rushed. We take Medicare, HSA, and FSA, and submit out-of-network claims for you so you don't have to.
