Pelvic Floor PT for Ardsley
Ardsley sits inland, east of the river villages, and Foundations Physical Therapy is a straight seven-to-ten-minute drive west down Ashford Avenue in Dobbs Ferry. For Ardsley, it's specialized pelvic floor care close to home — one-on-one, 60-minute sessions led by a PRPC-certified owner, close enough to skip the hour-long haul into the city.
Pelvic Floor PT for the Ardsley Community
Ardsley is the quieter, inland side of the Rivertowns — a family suburb east of the Hudson, near the Saw Mill River Parkway, known more for its small, well-regarded school district than for a riverfront Main Street. (It's a different place from Ardsley-on-Hudson, the little enclave down on the water that's actually part of Irvington.) For Ardsley families, we're the specialized pelvic floor practice just west toward the river in Dobbs Ferry.
In a family-oriented town like Ardsley, pregnancy and birth prep, postpartum recovery, and getting active parents back to running or lifting are common reasons to come in — though we treat the full range, including perimenopause and menopause and male pelvic pain or post-prostatectomy recovery. Every evaluation is a 60-minute, one-on-one session with a doctoral-trained pelvic floor specialist.

Getting to Our Office
From Ardsley, the office is a 7-10 minute drive west toward the Hudson. The simplest route is Ashford Avenue down to Broadway (Route 9), then a short jog south into Dobbs Ferry to 145 Palisade Street, Suite 322. The Saw Mill River Parkway runs close by, so many Ardsley patients are only a minute or two from Ashford Avenue to begin with. Free parking is available in the building's parking lot, with accessible parking available.
Unlike the riverfront villages, Ardsley isn't on the Metro-North Hudson Line — so rather than a train, the quick drive down Ashford Avenue is the way in, with easy parking once you arrive.
